SOCIAL

Faithful to its corsetry expertise, the Etam Group has been supporting women for over a century.
This heritage drives our social approach and shapes our commitments: celebrating diversity, taking action for women, and ensuring a respectful working environment for our people and partners. These commitments are now embedded within the framework of our B Corp™ certification.

TOWARDS GREATER INCLUSIVITY

The fashion industry is evolving to better reflect and celebrate diversity across identities, body shapes, ages, and cultures. The Etam Group’s brands are fully aligned with this evolution, with the ambition of meeting the expectations and aspirations of all women.

INCLUSIVE COLLECTIONS FOR ALL

The fashion industry is evolving to better reflect and celebrate diversity across identities, body shapes, ages, and cultures. The Etam Group’s brands are fully aligned with this evolution, with the ambition of meeting the expectations and aspirations of all women.

ETAM - Post-Mastectomy Collection

Supporting women throughout their lives – in both life’s most meaningful moments and times of challenge – is at the heart of Etam’s purpose. The brand has developed yes!, its first post-mastectomy lingerie and swimwear collection, co-created with women who have undergone mastectomies, and drawing on the brand’s corsetry expertise.

ETAM & UNDIZ – Menstrual Underwear
A collection of period underwear offering a sustainable, high-performative, and comfortable alternative to disposable products.

ETAM & Undiz – Plus-Size Expertise
A wide range of cup sizes, from D to G (European sizing), developed through ongoing pattern-making expertise, is integrated into Etam and Undiz collections. This expertise enables the creation of designs combining support, comfort, and aesthetics.

The Group has been committed to supporting women since 1916. Over the past six years, more than €5.6 million has been contributed through financial donations, in-kind donations, and other forms of support.

In 2025, total contributions reached €854,000, including €840,000 funded by the Group.

Key partner organisations include Fondation des Femmes, Ruban Rose, SOS Cancer du Sein, Maison des Femmes, Rêv’Elles, and Secours Populaire.

Our people are also encouraged to take part in volunteering days, contributing their expertise — particularly in fitting — to support women in vulnerable situations.

These commitments are also reflected across each of the Group’s brands:
Etam places women’s health and rights at the core of its identity. Each year, the brand actively mobilises during Breast Cancar Awareness Month, contributing to efforts to fight the disease. At the same time, Etam is committed to combating violence against women, notably through partnerships with organisations such as 125 et après, which works daily to tackle intimate partner violence and support those affected.
Maison 123 has long been committed to supporting women’s causes. Each year, to mark International Women’s Day, the brand launches a solidarity capsule collection, with 100% of profits donated to organisations supporting women, complemented by in-store donation rounding options. The brand supports organisations such as Fondation des Femmes, SOS Cancer du Sein, and Emmaüs Solidarité. Team engagement is further strengthened through the Rendez-vous de l’Optimisme, solidarity days launched in 2019 by Maison 123, where employee come together to volunteer on the ground.
Undiz is involved in a range of solidarity initiatives, including product donations, profit-sharing campaigns, menstrual product collections, and participation in community action days. The brand supports Jeune & Rose, which assists women affected by breast cancer and works to change perceptions of the disease, as well as Règles Élémentaires, which tackles period poverty and menstrual stigma. Undiz also partners with Sorority, an app designed to combat violence and create a secure support network.
Ysé supports organisations promoting women’s entrepreneurship. Through its partnerships with Rêv’Elles, the brand provides financial supports and mentoring to help young women achieve both professional and personal fulfilment. Ysé also collaborates with H.A.W.A au Féminin as part of its Seconde Vie programme, contributing to the reintegration of women distant from the labour market.

In 2025, the Etam Group employed more than 5,800 people, 96% of whom were women. Our commitment to gender equality in the workplace is reflected in a Gender Equality Index score of 98/100.

Women represent 46.1% of senior leadership positions, compared with 53.9% for men.

DEVELOPING SKILLS AND CAREER PATHS

The Group is strengthening its HR policy around training, onboarding, and support for in-store teams. The onboarding programme — bringing together head office, warehouse, and retail teams — along with Push Up Academy, our digital learning platform, supports skills development and career progression for all employees.

EMPLOYEE WELLBEING

Employee wellbeing is central to the Group’s social approach. Twice a year, an anonymous survey is conducted across all teams, in France and internationally, to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and continuously adapt our actions.

This feedback supports ongoing actions to create a fulfilling, inclusive, and sustainable working environment, where everyone can contribute and grow within a relationship built on trust and mutual respect. It has notably led to more regular communication and adjustments to remote working support measures.

ADDRESSING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

As part of its commitment to professional equality and the prevention of gender-based and sexual violence, the Group has joined the OneInThreeWomen network. This membership helps structure the Group’s response to domestic violence through access to shared tools, reference data, and a collaborative framework between committed companies.

Addressing domestic violence forms part of a broader approach to ensuring a safe, respectful, and protective working environment. By joining this network, the Group demonstrates its commitment to long-term, collective action.

DISABILITY INCLUSION

Convinced that diversity is a source of value and performance, the Group is strengthening its commitment to inclusion through a proactive disability policy, formalised in a company agreement.

The agreement focuses on three key priorities: the recruitment and integration of qualified people with disabilities in core business roles; the retention of employees with disabilities through tailored working conditions and support with administrative procedures related to disability recognition; as well as awareness-raising and training to challenge stereotypes and shift perceptions of disability.

The Group’s Mission Handicap weempower provides day-to-day support to employees experiencing health-related challenges and their teams.
